FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
- Q. What areas do you service? A. For private parties or events, we service most of Eastern Nebraska and Western Iowa. Call us to find out whether we can come to your place. Multi-day events including fairs and festivals have expanded service areas.
Q. What are the space and setup requirements to prepare for the arrival of the train/bungee trampoline? A.Rental Items Minimum Space Recommended Space Power Surface Cheerful Jump Bungee Trampoline/Eurobungee 30' x 30' 30' height if indoors 50' x 50' or bigger power needed Any open sturdy (concrete or cement) flat area; backyard grass is fine as long as it is dry and flat.
Q. Is setup and take down part of my rental time? A. No. Your items will be setup and taken down before and after your allocated rental or party times. Please allow at least 45 minutes to set up the bungee trampoline and the same amount of time to take it down. The train takes at least 30 minutes set up time.
Q. What is your cancellation policy? A. Cancellation not due to weather or medical emergency (need proof of doctor) will result in forfeiting the 50% deposit.
If it is a medical emergency and your doctor gives us a letter, we will keep your credit for the next 12 months. Any other cancellations will forfeit deposit.
If for any unforseen circumstance that we cannot come to your event due to mechanical breakdown or other unexpected issues, we will fully refund your money. (Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details).
Q. What if it's rainy, snowy, windy, too warm, or too cold ? A. Though nobody can predict what the weather will be like for your event, you can have peace of mind that if we have to cancel your event due to rain or severe weather, you will not lose your deposit. If your event falls on one of the rainy, windy, temperature above 90 or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit, or snowy days here in the service area, we will keep your credit for the next 12 months. Any other cancellations will forfeit deposit. (Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details)
Q. Can I just rent an item and pick it up? A. No. In order for us to ensure your party is a success, we do not allow for pickups since our items are set up by trained operators. Delivery and setup are included with all of our rentals.
Q. Do I need to leave a tip for the operator? A. No. Tipping your operator is not required. If you wish to leave a tip you may specify the tip amount on your final invoice. All gratuities go directly to your operator.
Q. Is there any per-guest-charge for our parties besides the hourly rate?
A. No. You only pay the hourly rate.

Bungee TrampolineN/A 3 - adult Minimum 25lbs Maximum weight of 200lbs Must be physically healthy and be able to fit snugly in the harness; weigh more than 25 lbs and less than 200lbs. No existing heart or other medical conditions.
Q. Do I need to sign a waiver for using your products at my event? A. Yes, customer needs to sign a contract & waiver prior to the event.
Q. I'm a tax exempt non-profit, do I have to pay tax? A. No. As long as you show us and give us a copy of your tax exempt certificate, there will be no tax.
Q. Is Treasure Moment a franchise? A. No. Treasure Moment is locally and privately owned. If you are interested in franchising or licensing agreements, call us at (402) 697-8388.
